The US opened the scoring in the 16th minute when Morgan finished off a Mallory Pugh pass to beat Haiti goalkeeper Lara Larco with a heel flick
Morgan scored his second goal on a header in the 23rd minute
Haiti was awarded a penalty in the 42nd minute, but Roselord Borgella's shot struck the post and ricocheted away
In the 45th minute, Borgella was given a red card, but video review overturned the decision
