Elon musk buys 9.2 percent of twitter
According to a regulatory filing posted on Monday, Elon Musk bought 9.2 percent of Twitter.
Based on Friday's stock price, Musk's stake was worth an estimated $2.89 billion, Bloomberg reported
Other major Twitter shareholders include Vanguard and BlackRock
Musk criticized Twitter publicly a week ago for not being democratic enough when he announced his move.
In a Twitter poll, he asked his followers whether they believe that Twitter "rigorously adheres"

In his tweet, he hinted that he would take action regarding Twitter
