Telemundo reported that the complainant is not Martin's husband of six years, Spanish-born artist Jwan Yosef

Yosef, 37, was raised in Sweden and has been in a relationship with Martin since 2016, according to the outlet

According to El Vocero, a Puerto Rico newspaper, Martin and the person who filed the complaint dated for seven months

Martin allegedly refused to accept their breakup two months ago and has loitered near the petitioner's home at least three times, the report said

El Vocero quoted the order as saying, The petitioner fears for his safety

The order prevents the "Livin' la Vida Loca" singer from contacting or contacting the person who filed it, police said
